1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 65phdream platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 65phdream ("we," "us," or "the Company"). Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 65phdream, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine regulations governing online gaming and gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 65phdream or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform.

65phdream reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 65phdream may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 65phdream Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 65phdream reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change. 65phdream shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 65phdream login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 65phdream immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 65phdream will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 65phdream are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers, subject to availability and applicable processing times.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

65phdream reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation, where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations or internal risk management procedures. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of such due diligence.

You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds without engaging in genuine gameplay, or depositing and withdrawing funds without placing bets of equivalent value, may be treated as suspicious activity and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

65phdream offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 65phdream promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account verification.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• 65phdream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 65phdream Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All games on 65phdream use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning mechanisms overseen by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action other than the placement of bets.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 65phdream will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, bets placed for that round will be refunded to the player's account. 65phdream's decision on the resolution of technical disputes is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 65phdream Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to 65phdream immediately; failure to do so and exploitation of the error constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 65phdream Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 65phdream or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 65phdream. Unauthorized use of 65phdream's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 65phdream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

65phdream's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 65phdream makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Privacy & Data

65phdream collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

65phdream implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 65phdream cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Responsible Gaming

65phdream is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings after completing 65phdream login.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools and to seek assistance from qualified support organizations. 65phdream supports responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. Players who self-exclude will be prevented from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period, and any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension & Termination

65phdream reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in our inactivity policy.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.

You may close your 65phdream account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

13. Amendments

65phdream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 65phdream, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or technical issues, 65phdream's decision, made in good faith and based on available technical records, shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
